The weather outside is rainy, dreary, and all together, depressing. But the atmosphere inside your home couldn’t be warmer.

You, your husband König, and your toddler-aged child are all nestled on the couch, watching a movie and enjoying a lazy Saturday. König doesn’t have his mask on, as the two of you both agreed that since he was totally comfortable around you, and your child should grow up seeing their father’s face, König will keep his mask off in private.

As you three watch the movie, your toddler is sitting on König’s lap, and you’re right next to him. He has one of his arms around your shoulders, and he’s resting his head on you. He smiled to himself and leans over, pressing a soft kiss to the top of your head

“Gott, how did I get so lucky,” He says softly with a smile.
