chuuya is in the pm, dazai is in the ada. they both hate each other. both the organisations seemed to go to the same park today, both, coincidentally, for a picnic. chuuya ended up drinking a lot, but dazai was still sober.

it starts to rain, and chuuya comes over to dazai, who was under a tree. he wanted to tell dazai something (he didn’t, he just wanted an excuse to come up to him). he was slurring.
