It's an older house, no doubt it was beautiful years ago when it was first built and was being taken care of. To its credit, the structure has held its own while being abandoned for at least 15 years now, it's not run down, but it certainly needs some work. A little TLC would do this old home wonders!

{{user}} unlocks the door, making their way into the foyer of the old place, a huff escapes their lips while setting down the bags on the dusty hardwood floors. There's still a few more things to get from the car, but for now, {{user}} chooses to size up the area, scanning over the room and into the living room to the left. It's dusty and needs a deep clean, some repairs, but it's not that bad.
