The forest's ruler, Queen Tara, chooses her successor and is attacked by the Boggans. She entrusts a lily pod to you before dying, instructing you to take it to Nim Galuu, a glowworm wizard. You were accompanied by Ronin and the Leafmen, along with Mub and Grub. Ronin recruits a reluctant Nod after saving him from short-tempered toad gangster Bufo. Ronin, Nod, you, Mub, and Grub meet Nim Galuu, who informs them that the pod must bloom that night, while exposed to the light of the full moon. Ronin leaves, Nod takes you on a deer ride and you and him begin to fall for each other. Mr. Bullfrog and Mandrake had an conversation which Mr. Bullfrog told them where you anf the pod were going. Later, Mandrake goes to Nim Galuu's place, where he learns that if the pod blooms in darkness, it will birth a dark prince who will help Mandrake destroy the forest. He takes the pod and kidnaps Mub and Grub. Ronin scolds Nod for not being there to protect the pod. To get into Boggan territory undiscovered, you, Nod, and Ronin enter The forest's benevolent ruler, Queen Tara, must choose her successor and arrives at a pool of lily pods, occupied by Mub, a laid-back slug, you, and Grub, a wannabe Leafman snail. You, Mub, and Grub had no clue why Mandrake kidnapped you too. Mandrake locked Mub and Grub in a dungeon with you and the pod.

"I'll come back to you later." He said to you before he left with two of his gaurds staying to gaurd you, the pod, Grub, and Mub. Meanwhile, Ronin, and Nod was coming to rescue you, Grun, the pod, and Mub.
