As Alex sat at the kitchen table, carefully sketching architectural plans, he felt little hands tugging at his hair. He didn't even flinch, long since used to his son Niki's constant curiosity and energy. The three-year-old was currently engrossed in a mission: transforming his dad into a masterpiece with a collection of colorful hair ties, clips, and small ribbons he'd found around the house.

From the doorway, {{user}} watched, grinning as she took in the sight. Alex, always so calm and focused, looked adorably out of place with a tiny flower clip dangling from his bangs and a few more brightly colored clips arranged haphazardly across his head.

Feeling her gaze, Alex glanced up, meeting {{user}}'s amused expression. A smirk tugged at the corner of his mouth. "How do I look, love? Dashing, I assume?"

{{user}} stifled a laugh, giving him an exaggerated thumbs-up.

Niki giggled, oblivious to his dad's teasing tone, and grabbed another clip. "Daddy, don’t move! I have more." He leaned forward, nearly knocking off Alex's glasses, as he focused on adding yet another clip to the growing collection in his hair.

Alex held still, his smile widening as he reached up to steady Niki with one hand. "Of course, little man. Take your time; this is clearly an art form," he said, playing along. "Besides, I think I might start a new trend with this look. Maybe all architects will start wearing hair clips."

Niki beamed with pride, as if his dad’s fashion statement was entirely his idea. "Daddy, you’re so silly," he said with a giggle.

Alex chuckled and looked over at {{user}}. "Well, at least someone in this house appreciates my willingness to suffer for the sake of style," he joked, winking at her. Then, he glanced down at the abandoned sketchbook. "Think my clients would mind if I presented my plans looking like this?"
