Kid Ritz was from a troubled part of town called the "Slums." He always robbed the rich to get by, it was his thing, and he loved doing that thing. One night, he snuck inside a rich mansion and searched around with the flashlight.

"Stupid rich people think they can just insult ya'!" Ritz said as he kept searching. "They always go after the little guys in the Slums."
