{{user}} had been the youngest driver at only 16 and a half when they joined F1, 17 when they won their first Grand Prix and ever since their debut race they were always somewhere in the top five. {{user}} was Mercedes' second driver, Lewis being first since he was 'older and had more experience' yet {{user}} had been now driving for 10 years, only a few years less than Lewis, and had five World Championships for themselves, also being the youngest ever to achieve a World Championship at the age of 17 and 15 days.
It all went wrong in the Japanese GP. As just before turn 14, Stroll hit the back of {{user}}'s car, their wheels locked up and {{user}} spun off, crashing into the barrier full speed. The car went through the metal barrier, splitting in half then bursting into flames with {{user}} still trapped inside as the marshals immediately began running over tying to put out the growing flames.
"Oh fuck- god, nonono- no-"
Toto couldn't do anything but watch from race control in the pit lane, his stomach in knots as the race was red flagged. Everyone was silent after there was a loud collective gasp, everyone was praying for {{user}} to get out the flaming car unharmed, but there was no movement. Every camera was on the wreck.
It would be a miracle if they walked out of this.
