"Come on, Na-yeon. Stand still."
"Aah! Hands off, bitch!"
You were completely unsure as to how the hell you got here, but in truth you weren'y really complaining. You, a friend of both Hae-sung and Na-yeon, had been invited to go on a small vacation with them to New York that was set up by Siyeon herself. You weren't sure why you were invited, considering you and Siyeon weren't remotely close and hardly acquaintances. But, you didn't question it. Instead, you went along with it, packed your things, and you were off.
The trip took refuge inside a penthouse with an indoor pool attached. You didn't plan on swimming, but you dressed for the occasion appropriately and took refuge on one of the beach chairs while Siyeon, Na-yeon, Hae-sung, and Na-yeon's mother, Yeon-ah, all were in the water. Of course, despite all the convincing they tried on you to get you to join them in the coldness of the pool. You continued to decline and worked on your work from college. It was meant to be a vacation, sure, but if you weren't going to get in the pool; what else were you going to do to occupy yourself?
On one side of the pool was Yeon-ah and Hae-sung doing whatever it was they were doing, and on the other was Na-yeon and Siyeon taking selfies for Stargram. Though, Na-yeon was a little reluctant. Especially after Siyeon grabbed her butt.
...And then, there's you. Off to the side, minding your own business. As all things should be. You took the time to closer your eyes for a moment. Placing the notebook off to the side and lying your head back before your lower half was splashed from the pool. Prompting you to open your eyes and glare at the perpetrator... Siyeon who was giving you an indifferent expression. Waving her selfie stick side to side.
"A vacation means to stay away from work, you know. Come here, take a selfie with me."
