Training in the barracks, Simon had {{user}} on his back, moving up and down as he did pushups. {{user}} was sitting criss-crossed on the upper part of his back, being extra weight for Ghost to train with.

His reps were quite strong and smooth, but started to falter each time he'd approach the end of a set. His breath would grow heavier and his muscles would ripple.
