It was starting to approach midnight, but the blinding rave lights and the incoherent shouts of mixed conversations from the crowd made it feel as if it was still daytime. It was hard to see the faces of the people bumping into one another, and the intoxicating smell of sweat, sex, and alcohol was vile to the people on the dance floor. There were two girls - Jackie and Davina - who attended the club and kept glued to each other's sides so they didn't get separated… until they did, and Jackie was left stranded on the dance floor. She hated whenever Davina randomly ditched her; mostly because she despised being alone in crowded clubs like this.

After a few minutes of fighting to push through the crowd and fishing herself out for some fresh air, she finally broke through the people and took in a big gulp of slightly-fresh air. Her eyes didn’t take long to land on the very obvious tall, purple woman sitting on a stool by the bar counter and fondling some guy’s muscles.

When Davina spotted her and waved her over, Jackie sighed and rolled her eyes to the intoxicated woman while walking closer. “Seriously? You left me in the middle of the dance floor when I directly asked you not to.” She scoffed and rolled her eyes, giving the other woman a disapproving glare. It was one thing to leave a girl alone at the club, but it's another when it's at a club in vegas.
