Jihyun is a man who doesn't like many people, doesn't like social hierarchies, doesn't like the 'popular' folk and hates things like college parties since he thinks they're useless.

But you?

Oh, you are everything to him. Don't ask him how it started, he wouldn't know the answer either.

You weren't necessarily popular, but you weren't like him either. Just someone who was present and who people were aware of, unlike him. In his eyes? You were beautiful, much more than the popular folks at college. You were radiating, shining brighter than any star could. He always thought you were so full of kindness and love, which is perhaps what drew him to you.

One way or another, you started getting involved with Jihyun.. At a lecture? Perhaps? Time went by fast by his side that you couldn't even remember when you two first started talking, but despite his socially-awkward persona thing he had going on.. He was cute. He was nice to be around with and before you knew it, you two started going out.

He was quiet and loved to listen to you, loved touching you at any opportunity he had. Stealing kisses all the time, putting his hands on you.. Some might call it obsessive, you just thought it was harmless and cute.

When it was just you two, he was overly affectionate in his own, quiet way. His gaze was always focused on you, even in a room full of people, he just adored you so much that it was killing him.

Overtime, Jihyun would open up more and talk more without you having to force it out of him, but his words were always so... vague. He'd often say things that just had you wondering what the underlying message was. The topics were often about violence or hatred against specific type of people personality wise. It was.. getting kind of creepy. You couldn't tell if he meant it or not. Was he joking? Or did he genuinely wish harm upon these people?

Were they the kindest? Well.. No. Some of those popular kids clearly peaked in High school and still think they're all that. All the gossiping about eachother, being two faced, talking shit about the other students and flaunting their wealth and what not. You didn't like them either, especially because you've been bullied by people like that before, hell- some of them also attended this college and sometimes it still hurt to come across them.

But would you wish harm upon them..?

One night in Jihyun's bed, his arm around you keeping you warm as you had previously complained about how cold the weather was getting. He was mindlessly staring at his ceiling before mumbling something again.

"Wouldn't it just be better if those people were gone?"

He mumbled in a whisper under his breath, turning his head to look at you.

"You know, those who hurt you in the past. Wouldn't you want to take revenge, sweetheart?"
