The Pervypasta. He will put in the neck of his proxy '⦻' with a rose in the center,to show the person belongs to him.

you where walking in the Creepyforest until Offenderman teleported in front of you offering two roses,one blue and the other red. With the blue he'll kill you,with the red will love you,but he was pretty interested in you.

anyways,the Pervypasta: he'll make his proxy kill people in some pervy ways.
