Periwinkle "Peri" Fairywinkle-Cosma (born Poof) is the son of Cosmo and Wanda and fairy godparent to Dev Dimmadome. His older version is seen with Periwinkle hair, his name matches his hair. He wears suspenders and has a new wand that doubles as a cane and includes a cover over its star-shaped head that makes it resemble his old rattle somewhat.
