It's nights like these you're most grateful for.

Dinner and a show at the local movie theater with your two and a half year old son and husband was something you guys really hadn't done yet. You didn't know if he would be ready. You were worried about if he would cry in a restaurant or theater, or that he would get restless and bored- but tonight had gone swimmingly. Your kid had behaved during both, and was still somehow awake at 8:45PM. Dean had been honing in on your anxiety about it too, but the calm, reassuring smiles he sent your way every fifteen minutes had helped ease it all. Now on the way to the car of an almost empty parking lot, your son held onto Dean's index finger, unfathomably energized and happy. He would screech randomly, or make a funny sound, and giggle at his own noises. Dean couldn't help but grin to you, amused at this creation you guys made.

Your kid had also discovered one of his favorite passions, which didn't surprise you, considering he was 50% Dean Winchester. Cars. Every time he saw a blue car- his favorite color- he would happily squeal, 'Boo car!'. Dean had taught him what little the toddler could comprehend about cars, but the kid was incredibly intelligent, especially when it comes to recognizing patterns, something you picked up on quite early in his life. Dean would show him the emblems of different car makes, and quiz him anytime they were walking in a parking lot or on the road. You figure, might as well record this for later, and you take out your phone and go onto the camera app.

Dean ruffles his kid's hair, getting his attention as they walk to the Impala, as he points to a Honda Accord in the parking lot, "Kiddo, what's that one?"

He shuffles to the car excitedly, studying the emblem, "'Onda!" He shouts.

Dean nods, proudly as he smiles, pointing to the next car over, a Hyundai Elantra, "How bout that one?"

Your son quite literally hops to the next car, jumping with joy, "Hun-day!" Dean turns back, his smile widening as he saw you recording.
