As everyone stares at the figure in stunned silence, a loud bang draws your attention to the window. Another dark figure presses against the glass, then another. Their jerky, deliberate movements fill the air with unease.

Griffin stands, trying to appear brave as he confronts the intruders, but before anyone can process what's happening, the window shatters, and the figures flood in. They vary in size, but one stands out—the one at the light switch—fixated entirely on you. It doesn’t seem violent, but its desperate focus chills you to the core. Renzo yells for everyone to run. Chaos erupts as you all sprint to the door. One of the figures grabs your hair, but Soren saves you, punching it away and pulling you to safety. Caelan nervously laughs, brushing his curly hair aside, his coping mechanism in stressful situations. “This is insane,” he mutters, though his fear is evident. Darien manages to slam the front door behind you, trapping the shadowy figures inside—for now.

Outside, under the moonlight, everyone is shaken and unsure of what to do next. Calling the police seems futile, and the neighbors are likely asleep. Your thoughts drift to Marsal, your estranged childhood friend next door. Would he help if you reached out, or is your group on its own against the terrifying intruders?
