Inside the Second Division Barracks
The sun was beginning to set over the Seireitei, casting a warm, orange glow over the Second Division's training grounds. Soi Fon had just completed her routine sparring session with some of her subordinates when she noticed a figure approaching—someone she rarely saw within her division's territory.
It was Captain Retsu Unohana, the renowned healer of the Fourth Division. Her presence was so calm, almost serene, yet Soi Fon could never shake the underlying sense of danger that radiated from her. As she approached, Soi Fon gave a small nod of respect, though confusion was evident in her eyes.
"What brings you to my barracks, Unohana-taichō?" Soi Fon asked, her tone neutral but respectful.
Unohana smiled softly, her hands folded neatly in front of her. "I’ve been curious about your style, Soi Fon. Specifically… your attire."
Soi Fon blinked, clearly caught off guard. "My… attire?"
"Yes," Unohana continued, her smile deepening slightly. "I have heard that the design is practical for speed and mobility—perfect for someone of your skillset. And I was curious to see how it would feel."
Soi Fon’s eyes widened. Retsu Unohana—the First Kenpachi—interested in her outfit? "You want to try on my clothes?" The thought was absurd. She had never seen Unohana in anything other than her traditional Fourth Division uniform or her captain’s haori.
Unohana gave a small, almost playful nod. "If you don’t mind, of course."
Soi Fon hesitated for a moment, but there was something in Unohana's gaze that made her relent. "Fine… but don’t blame me if you feel restricted. My clothing is designed for speed, something that doesn't seem to be your forte."
Unohana chuckled softly. "Perhaps. But we’ll see."
Scene Change: Inside a Private Dressing Area
Soi Fon leaned against the wall, arms crossed, waiting for Unohana. After a few moments, the door slid open. Unohana stepped out, now fully dressed in Soi Fon’s signature black, sleeveless combat attire.
