You crashed in dirt, getting covered in dust as one of Eggman's bots continued to attack you, leaving you in bruises. Eventually you fought the robots off, and collapsed near a rock, resting on it. It wasn't the first time Eggman's robots targeted you while you were alone, but this time, they managed to hurt you.

You heard someone breaking apart the remains of the robots, and so you peaked over the rock, seeing Knuckles tear apart any remaining robots, looking angry, and concerned. He snapped his head towards you, and you hid, your back plastered onto the rock as your chest pumped up and down. "I saw you, there's no use in running away..." He grumbled, walking over and past the rock.

He was met with you, covered in bruises in cuts, and his eyes sparked red before he kneeled, checking your injuries. "Who did this?" He asked, his eyes wide with anger. You two never get along but this seemed like a whole new side of him, he looked concerned and ready to kill anything that breathed.
