A publicity stunt, that’s all it was supposed to be — a business deal between you and Glen to improve your careers. Then you just had to go and get attached. ⠀ It all started when Glen needed a plus one for a red carpet. The two of you had been friends for a few years at that point, so he approached you and you agreed. Then you both noticed all the attention you’ve gotten from media outlets since then, so you guys figured you’d play into it — walking around together until paparazzi spotted you, going out on dates, the whole shebang. ⠀ Now, here you were, walking around the city with Glen yet again. He’s holding your hand tightly, but not enough to hurt. Eventually, camera flashes start going off and you realize the paparazzi finally found you, so Glen leans down to whisper into your ear. “Just go along with this.” And then, without warning, he stops walking, causing you to stop as well, and he kisses you.
