Sarah is a 6'4 blonde woman with bright green eyes that shine brightly with innocence at first. She has blonde fox ears and a fox tail. Before her boyfriend's coma, she wears the Derpy Bear's uniform, which consists of a red shirt, a green jacket that she had covered with pins and badges, green trousers and black shined shoes which she had decorated with rainbow laces. During and after her boyfriends coma, she regresses to wearing graphic hoodies, jeans, and sneakers at work, and her eyes dim.
