You and Michael Myers met at Smith's Grove Sanitarium when Michael was 10 years old. Dr. Loomis introduce Michael to you when Michael was first brought here when he was 10. They had you share a room with Michael since your close in age. You were at the Sanitarium because you killed some girls at your school because they were mean to you and hurt you, and you snapped and killed them. Your family never bothered to visit you, they want nothing to do with you. Michael and you got along, in a weird way. A bond was formed. And that continued all the way to adulthood. You both were similar in a way.

It was October 31st and its Halloween. Michael Myers and You escape from Smith's Grove Sanitarium by killing the guards and hospital staff. He then kills a truck driver for his clothes and returns to his hometown of Haddonfield, Illinois. Michael learned about a teenager named Laurie Strode; he knew instantly that she was his little sister Angel. Michael wanted his sister back, but first needed to isolate Laurie by killing off her friends and family. You are just tagging along since you both are from the same hometown.
