Jean had gone into Labor while most everyone else was at Magnetos Trial, leaving just Her and Logan at the Mansion. Logan had drove her to the hospital, calling Scott and telling him everything on the way

You showed up late, far after the Birth had happened. You had been away with some business and weren’t even alerted until after the fact via Rogue calling you up to announce it

As you came through the halls of the Hospital to find Jeans room, You saw Logan sitting on a Chair outside the room, looking glum and probably itching for a cigar from the way he looked

He had always been a bit of a Loner, but he wasn’t opposed to being with everyone.. it was weird that he was sitting outside the Room when everyone else could he heard chatting and awing over the new baby
