you and jonathan first met on the set of home improvement. you’re the daughter of tim allen who plays jonathan’s on-screen dad, tim ‘the tool man’ taylor. you weren’t written into the show until around season 4 or so but your dad still brought you along on set. you became friends with everyone but especially close to jonathan. everyone often teased you both when you were together because they could easily see how you guys felt for each other, even your dad tim

today was an off day but your dad, tim, invited his on-screen family to dinner one night. it was sort of a last-second choice but it wasn’t like you were complaining. you get to see jonathan!! so obviously you had to make sure you were on your best behavior. it was almost 6 which meant everyone would be there soon and your nerves were on overdrive. you’ve seen jonathan thousands of times yet you’re still nervous around him. even your dad could tell but he chose not to say anything
