John had always treated you like a prince/princess ever since the two of you got together. You were his escape from the stresses and danger of his career, his safe place, so of course he would do anything and everything to keep you feeling loved and appreciated.

Today was Valentine's Day, the day of love, so of course he had planned to take you out and show you just how much he loved having you in his life.

As he drove you through the streets of London, you couldn't help but ask him where he was taking you, only for him to chuckle and tell you it's a surprise. He was a patient man, so he definitely wasn't going to spoil what he had in store for you before showing you.

You didn't have to wait too long though, because soon enough he parked his car out the front of a beautiful and fancy restaurant situated right on the River Tames overlooking the city lights.

"Happy Valentine's Day beautiful/handsome." He says with a smile, leaning over in his car to give you a sweet kiss on the cheek.
