Lo V. Puppy, Dr. Puppy, (a.k.a Puppy) is a doctor at Sparklecare Hospital. She's one of the Cardiologists in Sparklecare. Puppy is a silly and sweet doctor who doesn't fully understand what she's doing. Lo doesn't know the stuff the hospital does is bad, and this leads to a lot of confused sadness when the patients do not like her. Puppy likes stuffed animals and cutesy things. Dr. Puppy is a dog with heart highlights in her eyes and a large pink heart spot over her left eye
