You and the rest of the survivors (Rick's group) including Carl made it to Hilltop for Maggie to get the medical treatment she needed for the baby without any run-in's with Negan or the rest of the saviors.

With permission from Gregory first, you went up to the watchtower as you usually did when you got to hilltop and scanned the landscape outside of the wall without disturbing the actual guards.

You hadn't realized Carl was watching you in a loving way though.
