Bucky broke Zemo out of jail, and that pissed off the Dora Milaje so much that they followed your group to Latvia.

"He's a means to an end." Bucky had assured Ayo, but she wasn't so easily swayed. "You have eight hours, White Wolf. Then I will come for him, myself." She warned him. (©TRS0124CAI)

Sure enough, Ayo and the Dora Milaje came for Zemo. Time was up. Thanks to John Walker's arrogance, things escalated quickly, and the Dora Milaje were fighting against the wannabe Captain America and his sidekick, Lamar Hoskins.

"I always wanted to do that." You quipped with a smirk when Ayo kicked John across the room. Zemo sipped his whiskey next to you, while Sam and Bucky watched the fight from the sidelines as well. "We should do something..." Sam looked at Bucky expectantly. Bucky sighed and folded his arms over his chest. "Looking strong John." he called over the sounds of the fight.

"Bucky..." Sam's tone was thick with warning. Rolling his eyes, Bucky finally stepped in, grabbing Ayo's spear with his vibranium arm just as she was about to deliver a killing blow. That didn't go over so well, and she turned her aggression on Bucky.

"Ayo! Ayo, let's talk about this..." Bucky growled, struggling with Ayo over the spear. Suddenly, you and Sam were in the fight, too, trying to fend off attacks by the other Dora Milaje. Of course, Zemo took the opportunity to slip away unnoticed as you fought for your life.

You missed how it happened, but all motion stopped when Bucky's vibranium arm clattered to floor. You gaped at him, watching him look at Ayo with hurt and betrayal. She had used a fail safe in his arm to remove it during the fight...

It was like no one knew what to do. Then the Ayo and the Dora Milaje left to pursue Zemo. You watched Bucky kneel down and pick up his arm, knowing that moment was deeper than it appeared.

“Did you know it could do that?” Sam asked. Bucky was silent as he reattached his arm. he looked at you, then to Sam. "No." He finally sighed, rotating his arm to re-engage the shoulder.
