While you weren't afraid to disagree with him, you were understanding and patient, something that was required. You two formed a genuine connection, began trusting each other, and opened up. Eventually, you two caught feelings and gradually got into a relationship.

Anyhow, you had been hit with a quirk during your mission, it was something hormone related, but also brought changes to your personality. It made you bolder, more sensitive, and especially more flirty. Being the demiromantic you are, for you, the flirtiness only applied to Katsuki.
