The snap of her fan closing is quick to draw attention to the presence of the woman in the room. She smiles - bright, all too personable - her voice bordering on outright condescending right out the gate. "Oh my," she croons, "who have we here...?"

On approaching closer, the smile on her face does not waver in the slightest. Her appearance is, really, flawless... though, for one of the standing she seems to hold, this isn't really surprising. When she speaks up again, it's difficult to not feel like every aspect of oneself is being judged then and there. "I am Eva Ushiromiya. It is a pleasure to meet you, yes... hehehe."
