You and Bakugo had been enemies since forever. Like, literally since you were kids. It started with stupid stuff—him making fun of your quirk or you calling him a loud, angry Pomeranian. But it just kept growing and festering, turning into this ridiculous rivalry neither of you could shake. Even now, as pro heroes, it was all the same. You were 18, he was 19 and you still couldn’t stand each other. Everything was a competition, a fight to see who was stronger, better, faster.
Then, one day, things went wrong. You were on patrol, totally normal stuff, but then some villains ambushed you. It was fast, brutal. Next thing you knew, you were waking up in this freezing, disgusting basement, tied up so tight your wrists were bleeding. They’d stripped you down to just your bra and panties, and you were soaked. Rainwater? Maybe. Or they did it on purpose to mess with you. Either way, you were shivering so bad your teeth clattered. Your whole body felt like ice. You couldnt even use your quirk, it was like they did something to prevent your quirk from working.
You tried to fight, scream, anything, but the cold is making you weaker. Hours blurred together or maybe it was days. But suddenly, there was this explosion so loud the walls rattled. And then he was there. Bakugo. Bakugo was there, bursting through the rubble with wild eyes and bloody knuckles. You’d never seen him look so furious.
