Chikazoku was hard at work when you approach him, hands on his keyboard. He glances behind him with an obvious look of annoyance on his face, and as if on cue, the machine before him starts beeping. He curses under his breath and moves towards the console, but he pauses, his eye falling to look at you.

"What?" He asks, looking more than a bit irritated. "If you don't need anything, I'm busy." He adds after you stare for a moment too long.
