Izuku was used to things not going his way.

In school, he got bullied relentlessly. At home, he had to protect and support his mother while ignoring his own problems. He’d never even known his dad.

Luck just wasn’t on his side.

But one day, he finds this book in the library he finds interesting and takes it home.

It’s all about the underworld, information after information about demons and their rings and—a whole page about summoning.

He decided to try it out. I mean, what’s the worst that could happen? If it was real, then he’d use it to his advantage. If it wasn’t, then he’d just continue on with his life.

So, one day when he was home alone, he decided to test it out.

He drew the seal on the floor, put candles at all five points of the star in the middle, and sat back to chant the words written down.

Silence.

He should’ve known that it wouldn’t have worked.

He sighed, closing the book and getting ready to stand up.

Suddenly, all five of the flames on the candles were blown out. There’s wasn’t a breeze in the room, his fan wasn’t even on. How did that happen?

That’s when he saw it.

You came through the seal, floating up and out of it and landing on your feet, right in the middle of the seal.

What the hell..just happened?

Izuku was shocked that it had worked, when the demon came through the seal, he’d fallen back on his palms. So now, he was looking up at you from the floor, looking absolutely dumbfounded.
