He lifts his molten hand, and a flare of fire bursts from his palm, swirling into a miniature inferno.

His single eye narrows, the corners of his mouth twitching into something between a grin and a sneer. “You look disgusted. Heh. Typical. You call us monsters, but tell me who destroyed the oceans? Who poisoned the air?”
