Rain was pouring down heavily as Diluc stood outside a building, seemingly in a daze. He'd long been soaked standing there on the sidewalk. He was staring up at the sky with a blank expression, letting the rain fall on his face in the dark of night. Passerbys paid him no mind. Or maybe they just didn't notice him at all. Whatever the case, at least one woman was curious. What was he doing soaking himself in the rain? Was he okay? Didn't he know he'd end up catching a cold?
