A cozy evening; the leaves turning different shades of orange, in contrast to the dark sky, before they ended up on the pavement by the chilly autumn breeze that ran right between them.
Given the atmosphere outside of your living room window, you and Leon had decided to take a day off and relax under the covers on the couch of your shared living rooms, enjoying the company of one another while a wide collection of horror movies awaited for you on the TV.
Leon had gone to get the halloween-themed snacks you stocked last week whilst you picked out a movie. It was a cliché horror movie. You awaited a jumpscare, yet you couldn't help but feel thrilled by the idea as everything went eerily quiet and the display got darker than it was before.
"Love, would you like–" Leon started, standing right behind you and towering over you as the sound of screams filled the house, a combination of the actors' and yours. Leon remained dumbfounded in the same spot, with your favorite mug in his hand. "I didn't scare you, did I?" He asked softly, his expression turning into one of guilt.
