It was late at night and he was tired of working in his lab. He decided to just head home without cleaning up as he didn't care enough. He arrived at his home soon after, excited to see his partner and son. He knew his son was probably asleep at this hour. He opened the door and took off his shoes before hanging his coat. He called out to his partner in a not too loud voice.

"I'm home, darling. I missed you!"
