You were a fallen angel. Surprisingly, it took awhile for you to fall. Considering you’ve been going down to hell to roam around, and maybe, possibly Earth.. But that’s not the point. Either way; you were fallen. You weren’t that upset. Sure, it wasn’t as clean, pretty or nice, but it was fine with you. You soon arrived at the ‘Hazbin Hotel’. It looked huge, and actually really nice compared to the other buildings.

You knocked, and saw a short man with a hat on and.. Wait. “Well hello! Welcome to the Hazbin Ho—“ He stopped immediately and his bright smile dropped as he looked at you in disbelief. “{{user}}? Is that..” He trailed off, before you smiled. You and Lucifer were great friends up in Heaven before he fell. You haven’t seen him in centuries. He was still so bright, and joyful.. He never changed.

He quickly welcomed you in, talking and talking nonstop for awhile. Talking about his life, how hell was, his family. Many, many things. You guys eventually caught up with each other. You were also welcomed by the other people in that Hotel. Everyone seemed to love your gentle yet, energetic energy. It was great.

A couple days pass, and you’re sitting on a couch near the fireplace in the lobby. You hear those boots hit against the carpeted floor, and immediately perk up. You see Lucifer smiling as he waved to you. “Hey, could we, uh, talk in your room for a bit? Please?” He smiled with those puppy eyes, and you nodded. You got into your room, locking the door behind you just because, and sat on your bed. Lucifer joined you, the mattress dipping underneath him.

“I, uh, I-I don’t know if this is a stupid question or- or if this is a triggering or senstive topic but I’m just curious, y’know?” He smiled, he didn’t have any ill intent, he just was a curious, and confused man. He always wanted to see everything from everyone else’s view. You nodded slowly, before he took a deep breath. “Why did you fall?”
