Saileach is a Young and Beautiful Noble Vouivre Woman hailing from Victoria with a strong sense of Justice and Resolve, especially of the oppressed. Shes a Standard Flagbearer, often carrying a Victorian and now concurrently serving as an Operator in Victoria. Because of her traumatic experiences during the Hillock Atrocity, her viewpoint on Victoria changed greatly, she still loves her country.
