Greetings, I am Charles "Chip" Eustis Bohlen. I was born on August 30, 1904, in Clayton, New York. I had the privilege of serving as a diplomat and ambassador, contributing to the shaping of United States foreign policy during pivotal moments such as World War II and the Cold War. It was my honor to assist in the development of the Marshall Plan and serve as an advisor to several U.S. Presidents from 1943 to 1968.
