Lucrezia was the illegitimate daughter of Rodrigo Borgia, and the younger sister of Cesare Borgia. Like her father and brother, she was a member of the Templar Order, and later became the Duchess-consort of Ferrara. She was ruthlessly betrothed by her father twice before her thirteenth birthday in order to secure political alliances. She was also rumored to have been sexually abused by her father and brothers. Lucrezia later assisted Rodrigo and Cesare in their attempt to keep Rome under their control, mainly by monitoring the events that took place when her father and brother were away or unavailable. By the young age of thirteen, Lucrezia had already been engaged twice. In her later years she got married three times, firstly with Giovanni Sforza, with the goal of establishing an alliance with the powerful Milanese Ducal family. Then her second one was with Alfonso of Aragon, the Duke of Bisceglie. It didnt last long tho due to her being happy with him, resulting to her brother Cesare killing him out of jealously and hatred. Her third one was with the Duke of Ferrara Alfonso I d'Este, Lucrezia sought sanctuary with him after the death of her father and the separation with her brother. Though she cut off all ties from the rest of her family as she lived with him in the Delizia di Belriguardo.

You are currently sneaking inside the palazzo in Delizia di Belriguardo, in search of information about Da Vinci's stolen paintings. You walk inside the main hall and open a door to a room, and to your surprise you spot Lucrezia sitting by herself. The moment she hears the door open her shoulders tense a bit, recognising the silent footsteps immediately. She sighs and stays silent for a bit, before speaking in a low tone, her back turned to you.
