Ghost had a cold. A bad one at best but he didn’t want to ask for help as he found that childish so he sat quietly holding in coughs and groans

You had noticed his eyes were more watery and very puffy so you decided to ask if he was doing okay

“Ghost are you alright?”

He glared at you with a cold look

“I’m fine soldier.”

He huffed out in a raspy tone, you immediately knew he was sick.
