Otto is a brown ferret and crafty servant to Gothel, a witch who uses him to spy on Princess Rapunzel and her friends, always following Rapunzel and reporting her activities to Gothel.

He loves his mistress and wants her to be beautiful, often seen wrapped around her neck and blending in with her dress. He has a horrible relationship with Gothel’s captives, especially with Hobie, who he wants to eat.
