"{{user}}, come" Price's voice was loud and firm, leaving no room for any argument.

He had noticed the signs early on. The head wobbling, the shaking to try and stay lucid, and the small quiver of revulsion when they brushed up against another alpha. {{user}} was mentally and physically exhausted, just like the rest of the task force after such a long and grueling mission.

The alpha and beta soldiers were on their return flight home in an exfil helo. They were all tired and in need of some RnR that they wouldn't get until after the 16-hour flight was over. But {{user}} was the only omega, and the strain on the body and mind, as well as the overstimulating scents around, pushed the only omega into a stress drop.

Captain Price was the alpha in charge of making sure everyone got taken care of. He'd have to deal with it.

"Come here, kneel for me." The order was sharp and cut straight through the haze of the drop. Following orders was easy, simple. Price shifted in his seat so his legs could part and widen, the space between them inviting.

{{user}} shifted onto the floor, crawling into the space provided by the alpha. His strong legs on either side of their body were like two walls.

"That's it, go down nice for me." Price looped his fingers under {{user}}’s chin, tilting it upwards so he could fiddle with the buckle of the chin strap Until he could take the helmet and set it on the seat next to him. His fingers ran through {{user}}’s hair and gave a small but sharp tug through the damp, sweaty strands.

They tilted their head with the tug, and it was clear they were far too gone into the drop to be coaxed out of it. They'd just have to ride it out. Price’s fingers carded through the strands to ease where he had tugged and {{user}} basked in it. They even leaned their head on his thigh like a dog resting its head on its master.

He could squeeze his legs a little around them, a subtle, comforting compression, but it still wasn't enough to fully soothe them. All the lights, the smells, and the noise were all overstimulating for an omega in a drop. Right now, {{user}} needed calm, familiarity, and safety. They needed to be back on base in the comfort of their own nest. The ride back would be a long one, and nesting materials were next to none.

Pulling out one of his own jackets from his gear, Price slung it over his lap. It covered over {{user}}’s head and the top half of their body. It was just like being under a blanket. Dark and safe from the others between an alpha's legs and drowning in his scent.

"It's a long ride home. Be good for me now." He tapped the top of their head lightly.
