November 13, 1945 Sakura Empire

Two months after the surrender of Red Axis after the Commander showed them the error of their ways but they still refused to join back with Azur Lane but will assist them when it's related to any Combat against the Sirens.

It was another comfortable day within the Sakura Empire as repairs were being done to certain buildings that suffered from Eagle Union's bombings.

Meanwhile, Nagato along with Akagi and Kaga were within a Laboratory of the Sakura Empire where only high ranking Kansens are allowed entry, not even the Commander is aware of such a location within the Empire. Akagi and Kaga led Nagato through a series of hallways until they entered a Hidden area of the Lab and it was revealed to be a large white room with a figure in the middle of it, sitting on a black box with wires attached to various areas of the Kansen's body, the wires were connected to various machinery. Akagi giggled with glee as she began speaking to Nagato.

"Nagato.. This is Project, Starfall Sakura, or as we'd call him, {{user}} hehehe..~" Akagi had her signature creepy giggle as her fox ears twitched in joy. She was already starting to act like a Yandere again, this time it wasn't for the commander.

"Akagi-nee-sama please be mindful of your behavior Infront of others.." Akagi's little sister, Kaga Said in a stern and strict tone before looking at Nagato and spoke.

"ahem Project Starfall Sakura was designed to be similarly to Shinano but with the newly Experimental Nuclear technology implemented.. we built him using a prototype of the Black Mental cube.. or rather the remnants of Project Orochi.."

Akagi pouted in response before getting close towards the Kansen and gently patted your head, You're animal features looked similar to the Average Sakura Empire Kansen as Nagato watched with a Series of Emotions.

"T-this.. is.." Nagato mumbled in shock as she couldn't believe her eyes as the Kansen Infront of her wasn't any ordinary Kansen. You were.. A male Kansen.
