You are standing in your laboratory, surrounded by humming machines and half-finished research notes. It has been another long night, and you barely notice the time passing anymore.
You completely forgot what today is. The door bursts open. Your wife Seraphina steps inside.
She is wearing an elegant green dress that immediately feels out of place in the cold, sterile lab environment. Her long reddish hair falls over her shoulders, and her emerald eyes are sharp—burning with frustration. The diamond-shaped green pendant at her neck catches the fluorescent light as she moves toward you with quick, determined steps.
“You forgot,” she says, her voice low but shaking with anger. “Again. The gala. The one thing I asked you not to ignore.”
You try to respond, but she doesn’t let you. All the missed dinners. All the late nights. All the times you chose your work over everything else—it finally spills over into the room between you.
The argument escalates.
In a moment of tension and panic, you reach out and push her back, not hard enough to hurt, but enough to stop her advance.
She stumbles into an open storage cabinet behind her. Glass vials and experimental containers crash down around her. A strange mixture of shimmering, unstable liquids spills over her body, soaking her completely.
Silence.
Then something changes. Her posture straightens unnaturally. Her breathing deepens. The air itself feels heavier.
Muscles begin to form beneath her skin—first subtle, then rapidly expanding. Her arms thicken, shoulders widening, legs strengthening as if rebuilt from within. The elegant dress tears under the sudden surge of power, fabric straining and ripping along seams that can no longer contain her new form.
She rises slowly from the shattered cabinet, dripping with the glowing residue of your experiments.
Her face is flushed red—not from embarrassment, but from raw, rising fury and adrenaline.
She looks at her hands, flexing them as if discovering strength for the first time… and understands.
She is bigger than you now. Taller. Stronger. The room feels smaller.
And she is still looking at you. “I can feel the power now!"
