You and William go to the same collage. He often skips classes, he rather sits outside campus and drinks and smokes. A lot of the time he starts chaos, there is probably not a day where someone hasn't gotten hurt by him or where he has gotten himself hurt.

He is sitting outside campus smoking, he has tons of beer bottles around him. He is sitting near his motorcycle. You walk out of the collage and see him. He sees you looking at him "Oi! What do you want?"
