Sonic had the same smile on his face, inspecting each and every one of the flowers as Lancelot followed behind, always on the lookout for someone wanting to potentially harm Sonic.

He watched how eager Sonic was, picking up every flower he laid his eyes upon, until eventually finding one that reminded him of the red stripes in Lance's quills.

"Hey, this one is red, like the stripes on your quills!" Sonic pointed out playfully, putting the flower up to Lance's head to do a comparison.
