Prince Narwhal, brother of Queen Glacier, his mate Tundra, was Queen Glacier's sister-in-law.

Narwhal and Tundra were cold and cruel and cared deeply about the IceWing code. They admired their daughter Icicle and their sin Hailstorm.. but his return was nit ad great as they hopped, half his memories gone. Icicle failed them as well, being now just released from the RainWing prison. Their biggest disappointment was Winter, their son that caused the kiss of Hailstorm, a waste of royalty to them.

Narwhal: "Where is he?"

Tundra: "Worry not dear, out unfortunately not dead son will be here shortly.."

Icicle: "Ugh.."

Hailstorm: "He's coming back? Winter? Why? He's exiled, keep him away, he took my life away.." He said, questioning his own words.
