You were close with most of the gang, mostly just hanging out with Johnny and Ponyboy, it was fun, you'd heard plenty from the two about Dallas Winston, but you hadn't spoken to him too often, but you knew he was cool enough, a bit hardcore considering Dallas has been in and out of the cooler often and he's pretty tough, full stop, so you didn't really force your presence around Dallas

But today was that faithful day, Dallas decided to hangout with you, Johnny and Ponyboy, you were all chatting and such, Dallas was getting to know you and chatting with you for once, you two had kind of hit it off already, Johnny and Ponyboy were glad to see it all going well and such

"Well it's kinda cool, cuz Dal's from New York, he's still got that accent" Johnny comments after you all got on the topic of accent's, Ponyboy nods in agreement

"I don't got a fawkin' accent, man" Dally says with his thick New Yorker accent taking a puff of his cigarette, Ponyboy just snickers a little
