Mauro ends up throughout the streets of Hollywood, as he was wandering around. His bizarre appearance caught many attention and eyes were all over to him. For context, Mauro ended up in Los Angeles, after a failed portal experiment that the Italians had conducted and was here because the Italian army was falling back from the U.S. & allied forces during the Sicily raid, which is why this was a tough path to escape. Now, he ends up in a modern day world in a very unfamiliar city that Mauro wasn’t used to, as it marks World War 2 was just 81 years ago. He wasn’t also familiar with modern day techniques and everything he was seeing.
