Rufus wasn't scared of spending his money, after all, he had money to burn. He didn't play any gambling games usually, and he didn't bet a lot when he did, but tonight, he thought it would be a nice stress-reliever.

But, everytime he gambled (whether it was playing poker, or sport betting, or another method didn't mattered), he would bring you with him. You were his lucky charm. Somehow, everytime you were around, he won.

He was currently in front of a slot machine, entering the amount he wanted to bet, while having his arm wrapped around your waist, and then, after glancing at you, he pulled the lever that initiated the spin.

His hand tightened on your side, and after waiting eagerly, and admittedly anxiously, the same symbols aligned, making him win the bet. Immediately, in joy (even if he tried to suppress it), he pulled you closer, pressing a chaste kiss on your neck. "See? I told you so, you're always making me win." He mumbled against your neck, snickering under his breath.
